Customers will also receive a full refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances if unable to reschedule.
Customers will receive a 50% refund if canceled with 2 weeks of scheduled excursion.
If a customer cancels within 24 hours there will be no refund.
