Captain Dan and Captain Carly couldn't have been nicer. Both were pleasant, professional and informative. They made the ride as good as it could be. On our first ride we encountered some rain which caused us to disembark. We had the choice of going back out after the rain, but we chose not to. Captain Rob called a taxi and had us driven to our car. The next day Captain Rob called us and extended an invitation to take another ride that evening for free. Who does that?
