Customers will receive a full refund or credit if cancelled prior to 2 weeks before scheduled excursion. Customer will receive 50% refund if cancelled with 2 weeks of scheduled excursion. If customer cancels within 24 hours there will be no refund. Customers will also receive a full refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances if unable to reschedule.
